Use 1-2x weekly, best when used with 1 of 3 acne.ceuticals masque formulas. May be used on the face and other acne affected areas of the body. Wet face with warm water; work exfoliator into a creamy lather in the palm of your hand and then massage in circular motion on face/body with enough pressure for the skin to begin to absorb; let sit for 30-60 seconds; rinse.
